Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a breath and body awareness practice. The breath is gentle, consciously connected and inhaled and exhaled through the nose for a 90 min cycle, which brings your nervous system into a parasympathetic balance, creating a deep sense of safety and activating an altered state of consciousness.
This is a self-generated experience where you can release and reprogram limiting beliefs and patterns that aren’t serving your current intentions and anchor in support for deep self-awareness and empowerment.
Sessions include space to set intentions, a 90 min breath cycle, followed by debriefing to support finding the connections to your intention and allow space for integration.
